Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.

• 3.
  Ship to Boutique

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office or scheduled pickup location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, your refund or credit note will be processed within 5-7 business days.
